    TODAY I AM FORTUNATE TO HAVE WOKEN UP ,
    I AM ALIVE , I HAVE A PRECIOUS HUMAN LIFE ,
    I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE IT ,
    I AM GOING TO USE
    ALL MY ENERGIES TO DEVELOP MYSELF ,
    TO EXPAND MY HEART OUT TO OTHERS ,
    TO ACHIEVE ENLIGHTENMENT FOR
    THE BENEFIT OF ALL BEINGS ,
    I AM GOING TO HAVE KIND
    THOUGHTS TOWARDS OTHERS,
    I AM NOT GOING TO GET ANGRY ,
    OR THINK BADLY ABOUT OTHERS
    I AM GOING TO BENEFIT OTHERS 
    AS MUCH AS I CAN ."

    Chaque matin , quand vous vous réveillez , pensez " Aujourd'hui , j'ai la chance de m'être réveillé ,
    je suis vivant , j'ai une précieuse vie humaine . Je ne vais pas gaspiller cette opportunité .
    Je vais employer toute mon énergie pour me développer , pour tourner mon coeur vers les autres ,
    pour réaliser l'Eveil pour le bien de tous les êtres sensibles .
    Je vais avoir des pensées aimables pour tous ,
    Je ne me mettrai pas en colère ni penserai du mal des autres .
    Je vais faire le bien d'autrui autant que je le pourrai ."
